This is a very convenient hotel to the University of Saskatchewan. Very friendly and efficient staff at check in and during the excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. 5 ⭐️ recommendation!

I like that this property is so close to my former University. I was i town for a medical and didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the amenities, but very comfortable room and property overall.

Clean, bright, roomy common areas along with rooms. Beautiful colour scheme. Green areas around on a quiet street, lots of parking.

Booked a king bed suite for two nights and only used the rooms to rest. No parties or gatherings of any kind. We were out all day and got back around 11pm. First night was not bad. On the second night, the room was getting pretty warm and uncomfortable it was so hard to sleep. We set the a/c to 22C. At around midnight I noticed that it kept on getting warmer. Checked the thermostat and noticed that the a/c was not working. I called the front desk and he sent someone to my room. The guy looked at it and tried it and confirmed that it’s broken. Called front desk (night auditor) again to ask what could be done because I would have a hard time to even have a couple hours of sleep considering I had to get up really early. He said I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning. Sure enough, I didn’t fall asleep until around 3am and that’s only because I took allergy medication to knock me out otherwise the discomfort of a warm room would not let me sleep at all. So I got up at 5:30, showered, packed up and left at 7am. Around 10am I got a very generic email from Veronica, the manager. Email basically says they apologize for the inconvenience and that I should give them another chance. I was so disappointed and basically upset because there’s no effort at all to try the issue. I replied. 2nd email was basically blaming me for not letting them know right away eventhough I did! We will never ever go back and recommend them at all!

Very clean and quiet room. Didn't hear any hallway noise. Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Breakfast had hot and cold options. They were able to make gluten free toast in a separate toaster!

The buffet breakfast was not great. The eggs were overcooked and dry as were the bacon and sausages. On the other hand, the hotel and the staff were great.

Comfy beds, quiet, complimentary breakfast, which there were lots of options, staff was friendly. Liked the texts from the hotel checking to see if we needed anything, and if we did, they were very prompt getting it to us. Definitely will stay here again when we come to Saskatoon

Good facility. Clean breakfast area, with usual breakfast bar items - scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, bacon, sausuages, yogurt, cereals, and my personal favourite oatmeal’s with toppings. Didn’t use the pool this time. Clean rooms, but the five days before bed linens are changed is a bit much.. should be every other day. We were there for three nights so the third night night after some long days would’ve been nice for fresh sheets for our last night. Love the black out blinds as we were facing east so the sunlight wasn’t a bother early in the summer morning. Air conditioning is top-notch. Ee appreciated the large bathroom counter. The Ivory pump soap in the shower is just okay.. didn’t like the smell of it and we’ve had better in other establishments. You may however like it. Really appreciated the EV car charging stations. Always had a free one when we arrived back from our daily errands.
