「This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others.」

「The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.」

「A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.」

She was super accommodating and understanding of our small but hectic family needs. Whenever we needed anything, she was there to help. My 5yr old warmed up to her immediately and that’s saying a lot! About the property. This is obviously an old hotel that has been remodeled and it shows signs of its age but you get what you pay for and affordable accommodations...

We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night.
