"The way I checked in, there was "Eli's Bar mitzvah" happening at the rental hall. Im not sure what the regulations are when renting, but I'm sure the entire lobby isn't part of the deal. There were both adults and children (from that celebration) leaving messes everywhere in the lobby. I almost slipped on a deck of cards that were left on the floor. Didn't see them because they blended with the carpet. On my way to the restaurant I tripped on a clear plastic cup. There were crushed pretzels and tissue on the couches. Napkins, toys, books, pieces of clothing just left everywhere as if this were there home. I did witness the concierge try and take control of the situation and even pick up trash from the floor, more than once. If a celebration is happening, it should be kept in the area that is being rented and paid for. Not where its an inconvenience to the rest of the guests. The staff was great and this was not their fault. They really tried but it seemed as if they were limited to their control."

"Great rooms. Clean and temperature regulated. Pool was dirty and cold. Great staff. Full bar. Breakfast price was expensive so we opted for Dunkin which was right across the street for less the cost. The outside of this hotel felt unsafe. There were constantly people begging and smoking."
