"Great people, decent foods, but it’s not a 4*, maybe 2.5* The room is small, old and smelly even the hall way. Guest restrooms are so nasty…!! Cheaper than most for all inclusive. But could be a lot cheaper for the whole experience. "

"The resort did not match the pictures online at all. It was much smaller than expected—honestly one of the smallest resorts I’ve stayed at. While the staff was generally okay and did their jobs, the overall atmosphere felt somewhat unwelcoming. The service wasn’t terrible, but the friendliness and hospitality you usually expect at a resort just weren’t really there. Overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the photos and description. "
