"Staff were courteous & accommodating especially at the restaurant/bar with honorable mention to Carolyn in housekeeping. Room was clean, comfortable & had a lovely view of the pool and beach(beach is a short walk across the street).Restaurant food was above the “standard hotel cuisine”which was a pleasant surprise. They served breakfast, lunch & dinner with the option to dine in or takeout. The property was safe & well maintained. An overall enjoyable 7 nights."
British Colonial - Nassau

"Our stay at the British Colonial was a solid 9 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The lobby is especially impressive, with a grand staircase that is perfect for family pictures. We took several photos there and saw plenty of other guests doing the same. Our room was very nice and had an amazing view. We did experience an issue with our original room, but the manager, Demetre, handled it exceptionally well. He listened to our concerns, apologized, and went above and beyond to provide us with even better accommodations. You could tell that he genuinely wanted our family to have a positive and memorable stay. Danaja at the front desk was also outstanding. She always greeted us with a smile, knew me by name, and regularly checked to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Both she and Demetre made us feel valued throughout our stay. We ate at Woodes Rogers Tavern twice and enjoyed both visits. The pool area was nice, and having access to the hotel’s private beach was definitely a plus. When you spend your money on a family vacation, you want to feel like you received your money’s worth. The beautiful property, comfortable accommodations, private beach, and especially the personal attention from the staff made that happen for us. Any concern we had was addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, we had an awesome experience."

"The resort, pools, hotel room, and staff were all amazing! Fish and Nobu were our favorite dinner spots. Breakfast at The Perch was disappointing and overall the food and drinks was very expensive but to be expected. We loved The Cove and all the amenities."

"Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Only negative thing was some corridors and just getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor smells. Carpets may need to be replaced."
