bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky
bathroom faucet sprayed all over.
breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive.

「Staff is nice and property is well maintained.
Now for everything else
1) The worst shuttle services I have ever experienced. The shuttle was almost 2 hours late, and I think they only came because my mom called them (my cell service was not working so I was unable to call). This made me feel very unsafe and anxious as a solo female traveler. Book a private shuttle through viator or arrange for a taxi but NEVER through this hotel. They offered no compensation or anything for this....
