"The most amazing experience as always."

"Was also disappointed not to have had a full sea room view, only partial considering I paid a high rate for this room. I booked this hotel for the spa mainly as it was supposed to be quite luxurious from my research, however, it wasn’t until we arrived that it turned out to be a couple of sauna/steam pods within the changing rooms for the gym and therefore separate male and female. Staff were friendly, plenty of places to eat or drink, lovely views from the restaurants. Nothing wrong with the amenities, it was just highly disappointing for us for the price, if I’d have known I’d have paid for a more basic room"

"This hotel has an outstanding location on the Promenade des Anglais and is within walking distance of the old town and the flower market. It is about 1 mile from the train station if you intend to use the train to get around but Uber is very quick, reasonable and will pick up right in front of the hotel and there are also buses that go up and down the promenade. The rooms are spacious and the seaside ones have great views. The breakfast was adequate with a few standard choices but was identical every day. The hotel has no gym, spa or beach club but otherwise very convenient and comfortable."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but a few drinks in the bar which was on a the terrace. Shame that guests have to pay to use the spa so we didn't as it was expensive. Our room had a fault in that in order to have electricity to charge phones etc, we had to have the main light on overnight which was a pain. We did report this but no maintenance was sent. A member of the team said that's just how the room is which was very odd. He said we should put up with it or change rooms. Despite the electricity issue we did enjoy the stay, the Aircon was very much welcome. The hotel is very well situated for exploring Nice."

"A great hotel, well situated ( nr the tram station ascal Lorraine) so an easy , cheap @ 10 euros return & quick transfer from airport. The staff are all polite & helpful & work hard esp the maids. Big thanks to Faruque for listening & sorting our room out. The hotel has a nice outdoor small area which was pleasant to sit out listening to the birds sing. Rooms are very spacious & clean, best 3* we have stayed at in Nice, most are v v small. The large airy lounge was comfortable to read & rest in. We never used the bar( v v small) or had breakfast there- lots of patisseries near by. Air con was great, needed at 30 degrees most days. We are definatly returning & re booking with Hotel Busby next May 27’ . Many thanks."
