Excellence Suite
No one showed us how to have heat in the room the first night. I asked for the converter to change and that also took a night to do as well. Divina Luxury Hotel
Staff were really good! Rooms were really nice, view that we had wasn’t great but it’s a city hotel so can’t expect much! Breakfast was a good standard but not amazing! Overall really good hotel!
