This was a great place for our family of three. A simple bedroom and bathroom, clean and modern, not fancy but really nice. It was a jumping off point for our stay in Rome, and the local character combined with the cleanliness and comfort made it really easy to set out and see the city everyday.
Great stay right atop the Spanish Steps, only metres from the centre of Rome. Close to many main attractions including Trevi fountain and Piazza Spagnia plus high-end shopping. Very efficient small but clean room. Great value for Rome.
Communication was was very timely and professional. The room was very clean and a prosecco bottle was given as a gift without charge. Would stay at again!
It was an ok room it had the shower in the room like in front of your bed. Water pressure was barely there and water kept getting hot cold. It was clean and area was good.
Three nights, and it was overall a great experience. Jlarta is a gem of a person who made sure we were well looked after and was so helpful in communicating prior to arrival. She arranged a private car from the airport to hotel. The hotel has a lift, was easy to find and is steps from the Spanish Steps. The fuorimoda restaurant across the street offers some of the best food I have eaten anywhere. Have the cacio e pepe. It was SO good, I had it twice. If there is a small complaint it’s the shower. Poor pressure and quirky to use but it got us clean for our stay. Comfy bed, great lighting, and they even give you ear plugs. We had adapters and each side of the bed had a plug. the street is VERY noisy but once you close the window at bedtime the noise disappears.
Loved the air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely wonderful neighborhood for stores and restaurants.
Michele was excellent and we made a great friend during this journey. Will recommend to others.

Read the details on this one before you book. Unique check in experience to say the least, it’s in an apartment building (not a big deal), but that means check in was by WhatsApp for us.
Creative marketing pictures that are a little misleading as to what you actually get when you get in the room. The shower is literally in the room with a glass door.
I wouldn’t book again but the positives are definitely location, and it’s exceptionally quiet. That’s important. You can’t beat the location and we slept great.
My only complaint was the noise level. The Julia is right on the street and next to the lift. It was impossoble to remain asleep with the traffic and anyone using the lift ajacen to the wall where the bed is positioned.
