Don’t recommend this place because is not the same as the pictures, also the furnitures are out of date, the shower water pressure is weak and the hot water comes and goes, most of the time is just cold water. The area are full of drunks, is very close to the train terminal but otherwise this place is very old and not what the pictures expected.

Good Choice when travelling Rome

The location is quite convenience for travelers which takes only 10 mins from Rome Terminal. Staff are very helpful and kind. Price is reasonable. I enjoy the breakfast each day. The mattress is too soft for me but still not bad. It is a bit old for the room. There is some problem of the drain, it stucked even the clean lady cleaned up. In generally I enjoyed staying in the place of rome.

No carparking actually

The free parking nearby as shown in the description is actually parking on street with the risk of ticketing. Also, the end of the street is a street market which will be opened early in the morning until public holiday. You have to reverse your car backward to the head of the street before you could leave and at the risk of blocked by numerous car (may have no drivers as they have leave) before you could get out. It is horrible.

Good Location & Nice Staff

within walking distance (30 mins) to most of the attraction in Rome and also train station. And very nice staff, he can still remember my name at the last date, and service like a 4 star hotel. Only need to improve for the toilet and shower, too small. But, everything is very good, value of money.

My stay at this affittacamere in Rome was extremely disappointing. First, the showers were practically unusable due to dangerously hot water that could easily burn you, and the water pressure was so low it was barely functional. The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet – just a loose sheet thrown on, which kept slipping off during the night, exposing the mattress underneath. It was uncomfortable and unhygienic. Getting to the room was a challenge, too. The rooms are located on the second floor, but the staircase is incredibly long and steep, making it a struggle to carry luggage up. To make matters worse, the front desk wasn’t even in the same building, making communication extremely difficult. When I wanted to check out at 10 AM, there was nobody at the front desk in the other building. Later, a random person in the street asked if I was checking out and offered to take the keys, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy. Even though he supposedly put me on the phone with the concierge, I didn’t trust the situation and ended up leaving the keys in the room myself. For $610 for just two nights, this experience was far below any acceptable standard. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It was simply the worst experience I’ve had in any accommodation.

Väldigt trevlig ägare. Bra rum med alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva. Stort + för rymligt kylskåp. Det enda som går att anmärka på var att det var något lyhört, dock vi stördes av.
