"Le check-in a été rapide, mais l’accueil manquait de chaleur. Lorsque j’ai remis nos trois passeports, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation, avant de constater qu’elle était bien à mon nom. Une fois la réservation retrouvée, on nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre et expliqué comment nous rendre à la chambre. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée concernant le déjeuner inclus, pourtant déjà payé; j’ai dû poser des questions pour obtenir les détails. Le personnel au buffet n’était pas particulièrement serviable et semblait assez sérieux. J’ai également remarqué un manque de propreté dans certains espaces communs, notamment les ascenseurs. En revanche, le déjeuner était excellent : grande variété, beaucoup de choix et nourriture de qualité."

"We enjoyed our one night stay before we flew out of Rome airport. We did not use any of the facilities other than the restaurant for dinner and then for breakfast. Everything was perfect. Staff were wonderful. I just wish people would stop slamming their doors at 5:30 in the morning. It’s always one reason I hate staying in a hotel ….. so many inconsiderate people. Otherwise it’s a great stay and so close to the airport. The shuttle bus was free and efficient."

"Place was really nice and clean, quick response from host before travel. Reception operates 24h a day what was great as we arrived like 2am checking was easy. Area is well maintained and green what we loved."

"The staff at Naplesuites were quite helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is a bit difficult to find but the neighbours were quite helpful. It is close by many attractions and a busy neighbourhood, but very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The staff here make this place great!"
