Perfect location and such a comfortable stay. Room was very spacious, shower pressure was strong, WiFi works great. Excellent customer service from receptionist Dave, who outlined the map of town with times of walking distances between each monument, always greeted me in passing, and kept the property spotless. Wish I could have extended my stay here, but no availability for the rest of my trip. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent place to stay. Only curious thing was that reception was not staffed all day but staff was very responsive in messaging. I wish there was an ice machine!

The room was just as advertised! Clean and spacious, staff was great and the place is centrally located to many historic sites!
Our stay was brilliant. Excellent location, really clean room and very helpful staff (Dave) who allowed us to leave our bags on the day of check out and return and collect them later when we needed to leave for the airport. He gave great advice on how to get to the airport using public transport.
Excellent central location to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi etc. Buses and taxies are just down stairs. Staff were friendly and reachable by phone but they were on site only 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room was modernized and very clean! We were within walking distance of so many attractions! We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Residenza Zanardelli!
Excellent location, close to Vatican, Piazza Navonna with a bus stop across the street as well. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The room was very clean and spacious and I truly enjoyed the air conditioning.
This is not a hotel but a guestroom setup, what appears to have been a large apartment broken up into 6 rooms off their own private foyer. But our room (standard, in between economy and family) was good sized and the bathroom had both a toilet and a bidet.
A/C was nice and cold, a good thing since temps this week were 95 degrees F.
Only real knock was the shower was pretty small; one of those quarter round ones you sometimes see in Europe. But the shower system was pretty trick, with ability to switch between shower from above, hand wand, or spraying horizontal in two different places.
Staff were extremely helpful and provided luggage storage on our departure date. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The room was very clean and quiet. There was a full size hairdryer in each bathroom .
Charming!
Shower stall is Tiny! Cannot bend over at all. No where to place shampoo, soap etc. Way shower head is situated, water gets all over bathroom
No drawers, but a small closet. Had to live out of our suitcases for our stay. Also had to get chairs out of the hallway to keep suitcase accessible.
Bed was comfortable, air conditioning works well.
First trip to Rome. Lucked upon a great room at a small boutique location close to all the attractions in Rome. Even better, Dave who took care of the rooms provided excellent service. Breakfast each morning, tips on where to eat, tips on transportation and directions. We were in great hands with Dave! Made our visit very enjoyable.
I had to use self check-in. The directions were easy to follow! I walked to Piazza Navona for dinner It was a magical place and so close and easy to find(Apple Maps, walking). The room was immaculate, well stocked and with a good bed. In the morning I needed help making bus reservations. The staff helped with those and with a taxi and retrieving forgotten meds too!
Matilda was absolutely amazing even before we arrived, she answered all my questions through the Expedia messaging, coordinated my transfer for a family of 4 from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Gave us excellent dining recommendations from eating to gelato and coffee. The room was clean and accommodating, it was centric and quiet wich is A plus. Excellent to go around walking. We walked to Vatican, Colosseum, short walk to Trevi fountain, piazza Navona and Pantheon. Dining 100% recommended Renato and Luisa, get a reservation online in the website and Mimi e Coco. We spend 4 days and went twice to both locations. We hope to be back soon! Absolutely loved it! Thank you 😊
It was an excellent stay at the B&B—the hospitality, the daily service, the cleanliness, and the security of the premises. It is a strategic location for setting out to explore Rome's points of tourist interest.
