This was beautiful well maintained property, with a staff the that went above and beyond helping us as first time visitors to Italy (special thank you to Emily who actually contacted restaurants for us to find out if they offer gnocchi, which my wife really wanted to try while in Rome!). We would easily stay here again on our next trip!

Emily greeted us on arrival and was very helpful, the room was very clean and had a lovely shower room. The area was safe and we had a choice of restaurants after a long day of site seeing around the city. I would definitely stay at this guest house again.

Location was great, within walkimg distance of Vatican City and close to the metro and bus stops. We were given a map of where to go with lots of information of tours etc. Room was adequate and very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. There was a slight issue with hot water but that was soon sorted out. Emily was very helpful, and addressed any questions we have really quickly.

Good location close to the Vatican City, restaurants and public transportation. Nice and friendly staff. Overall was great, the room was clean and nice, my only advice is that the pillows need to be change they are hard but maybe is just me. The lady in the front desk was ver helpful. Thank you.

These rooms are in Prati, a walkable, family neighborhood in Rome. Our room was very clean, well-laid out, and appropriate for our needs. The manager Emilie was so helpful! Below, we enjoyed breakfast at the corner cafe and ate dinner at an excellent restaurant across the street. We would stay here again! Especially for the affordable price, these rooms are excellent. I rated 4 stars for comfort as the space allowed for a bed and desk, but overall, our time here was safe, easy, and met our needs.
