Lovely Apartment enough for 1 person like me but can accommodate 3 as this was a triple beds no view but not a problem as everything is on your doorstep bus train all easy to reach .lovely breakfast could do with milk in room for tea and coffee .Staff all very pleasent and very helpfull I hope to stay next year so watch out Girls i will be back!!! And Thankyou foe a lovely stay just what i needed

The hotel is a bit dated which was ok for me. The room is basic. No coffee maker. No cups of any kind. I asked the bartender for one and he provided it. I need it for brushing my teeth. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Restaurant next door is amazing!! Staff was very nice and accommodating.

This property is very tired. The pool is great and the front entrance is remodelled as is the dining area. The hallways are very dim light many light not working making it dingy. The room we were given was 31 degrees when we entered. After 3 hours it at 30. We asked to switch rooms and they accommodated to a cooler room that got to 27 degrees at the lowest point. So basically there’s no air conditioning or very little cooling. Other than that it’s a typical European hotel nothing luxurious by any means but good enough for a night or two. They were friendly staff and accommodating.

The masseuse is super kind and it was very relaxing. The spa was also nice. My room was super clean and had good AC, not sure why many said there was no AC. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Simple hotel, clean, near airport

Very close to the airport which is great for getting out in the morning and they do offer a shuttle service for a fee. The hotel is definitely a neighborhood hotel, quite simple and a bit dated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't functioning, out of season maybe? In season I can see how the pool would be delightful. No restaurant onsite.

This is a nice hotel yet out of the shopping area. It was a 9 minute walk through alley ways or the busy highway so not the nicest. The grocery market was nice once I found it. The spa at the hotel was not in operation so that was very disappointing. Since I booked through Expedia, you don’t get to know these things. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English so I appreciated that.

The property was good and breakfast was good. However, the air-conditioning didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. Apparently the air conditioning hasn’t been working for the whole building because they shut it off because the temperature outside was already cooler? Not in our room.

The staff was nice, but the spa and indoor pool do no exist. No local dining, we ordered pizza delivery, unable to walk anywhere. If you just need a comfortable room and outdoor pool, it's fine. But the amenities description is inaccurate.

It’s a 2 km walk along a busy road (for a short distance on the road) to the Ostia Antica train station. Bus no. 4 runs on the road, but only 3 times an hour. Makes it very time consuming to travel into Rome. — the breakfast buffet was sad, consisting mostly of sweets, some days old. The staff were very friendly.

Ostia Hotel was a great experience to us, nice service people, nice rooms, beautiful property, pool with clear wáter and kids enjoying and playing around was just a plus and fun. Ostia hotel thank you for making a pleasant experience of our visit. Taxis won't to take you from the Airport, the Hotel is too close to the airport and they can't charge you higher so they rather to not drive you to the hotel, we had hard time looking for taxi and we arrived at midnight due to flight delay.

Expedia photos and descriptions aren't accurate. And although the staff was great the hotel itself was a letdown. The hottub, sauna and spa was under renovations. The outside pool wasn't the cleanest and there were no lounge chairs our umbrellas to enjoy the sun. Also the cabanas shown in the pictures were missing tarps and again to furniture. The restaurant had a decent breakfast but no other service was available and the nearest restaurant was a 10 minute walk away.

Worst hotel I ever stayed.. when I ask for the jacuzzi first the guy say I have to make a reservation the. I ask the lady and she said it was under construction no iron in the rooms. Also they tried to charged me twice for the taxes.. the guy said I can ask for anything in the bar which was included no laundry roo When they said it was a laundry room very very disappointed and also the air conditioner was not cool enough

The staff wasn't the most welcoming or hospitable. We booked 2 rooms and we had issues with one of them. This particular hotel supposedly had air conditioning. After many attempts with getting the air conditioning to work, with raised the issue with the front desk. They said that it wouldn't get any better than that. We asked if we could move to a different room but they said no and gave us a fan. Also, the gym was supposed to be open during core hours and it wasn't. Each time, we had to get assistance from the front desk. The front desk was not approachable. I had to wait several minutes for one of the front desk staff to acknowledge me and get the gym door open for us. We also witnessed, nearly every day, someone complaining about the service or the rooms. Customers are definitely not a priority at this hotel. It would've been a pleasant stay if the staff was better and accommodating.

Room was basic, but comfortable for the night as it is close to Fiumicino. The part about the spa and all the photos of people enjoying massage are misleading. No fitness room either.
