This was more like a dorm room than hotel room. The location was convenient and it was quiet at night. Getting in and out with multiple codes all day was frustrating and the room was very small with the beds pushed next to each other. You could barely have your suitcase open and walking room. The shower was small and slippery with little water pressure or hot water.

This was a great stay! Great location, the room was spacious and clean, the water pressure was excellent, the air conditioner worked beautifully! The breakfast was also really nice! They served orange juice, croissants with jam and chocolate, yogurt, toast and options for hot beverages. Thank you!

An amazing stay! The location was the best part of it all, it’s basically the middle ground for the Colosseum, Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms are smaller, but my partner and I didn’t mind. It had a fridge, safe, and some water. I should note the accessibility to get into the hotel isn’t the greatest, but we didn’t mind as two able travelers. The location of the hotel itself is in a quieter part of town, it’s next to a government building so there’s plenty of police around. I felt super safe staying here and walking around at night. The lady who runs the hotel is also super nice and communicative. She’s open to any questions and even has suggestions where to eat around town. If you’re looking for convenience, this is the place for you!

The hotel was easy to find and only 10 min walk to the Roma Termini train station. Also a 15 min walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain so location is great. Check in was easy and the host, Giorgia, was super nice and professional and tended to all our needs. The room was spacious for the three of us. Breakfast was included and brought to our room in the morning. It was a great way to start the day. I will definitely stay here again!

Georgia was an amazing host. Our airlines lost our luggage and she was supper helpful with information on where to get supplies nearby. She also helped arrange cars for us any time that we needed. Breakfast was excellent as well. The location is a short walk from many things, including 2 good restaurants just below, but was still quiet.

We had a very comfortable stay here with our family of five. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our time in Rome. The air conditioning worked well, which we definitely appreciated during the August heat! The location was excellent. It was very convenient to the train station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around easy, while many of the major sights were within walking distance. We were able to easily walk to places like the Colosseum and explore a lot of central Rome on foot. One of the nicest touches was breakfast. It was delicious, and having it brought directly to our apartment each morning at whatever time we requested was incredibly convenient and made getting everyone out the door much easier. This isn’t a fancy or luxurious place, but it doesn’t try to be. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious and practical, and everything worked as it should. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for our stay in Rome and we were very happy with our choice.

We had a great stay at Locanda al Viminale as a family of four travelling with young adult children. The room was a typical small European-style room—compact, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent: easy walking distance to attractions, close to public transit, and about 10 minutes from Roma Termini. The street was quiet but still close to restaurants and a grocery store. Check-in was easy, and breakfast delivered to the room each morning was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very good stay and we’d happily return.
