Overnight in Rome

Helpful staff on checkin with a spacious and clean and comfortable room. The room had all the amenities you need. It is good value for Rome. The hotel is close and convenient to Rome Termini station and a metro stop to get you around the city. If you plan to walk to major sites it will take you a while but because of the value I would certainly stay here again.

The check-in was easy and the property staff were very responsive. However, the shower in our room did not work properly, and we had to turn the water off for minutes at a time multiple times while showering to allow the water to drain. We emailed the staff about this, but the problem was not fixed. Moreover, one of the shower heads was partially hanging out of the wall; the other shower head had an installation issue and had barely any water pressure. Also, the furniture in the room was mostly in poor condition. Location-wise, the property was convenient to Termini Station and about a 30 minute walk to popular sites.

Pros: quick walk from Roma Termini train station, clean room and very friendly cleaning lady. Cheap for a large and clean room. Cons: The room was very loud so you could hear the neighbors watching tv, talking and coming and going. Furthermore, the check-in process was stressing. The check-in instruction on Expedia mentioned that we had to contact the hotel but they only listed their italian number. When I called the number, it was out of service and I had to call expedia customer support to get the real number. They also had a wrong number listed but they manage to find a working number. I called the real number and the manager mentioned that I should send a picture of our passport through whatsapp to get the check-in instruction. So, it was a quite convoluted process when they could have just mentioned that in the Expedia check-in description.

Had an excellent stay. Room was clean and tidy and everything worked well. Only downside is the WiFi was not functioning which was a big let down considering I needed it to find a store nearby. Rooms are shared close together so don’t book here for privacy,but if you’re looking for value and easy access for a night or two, this is the place.

It's not a Hotel, ita an apartment at the normal building, 5 minutes from the central station, easy to get in and out, a little bit noise, but nothing bad.

Modern room but no soundproofing

The room was nice and the location allright. The noises from other rooms and from the Street were heard very loud. The check in was quite stressful as the phone number hotels.com provides was false and I couldnt reach the hotel easily. It also took quite long time to ge the instructions how to check in. Maybe would not stay second time.

We will never stay here again.

We had no air conditioning the first night but it was somewhat fixed the next day. We received no compensation for the inconvenience. It was better but not great the second night. Both nights we had to open the window just to get a breeze. The bed is terrible! It is very uncomfortable and squeaky. The shower is terrible as well. It has no pressure. The bathroom is extremely tiny too. You can hear the people in the next room as there is no insulation between the rooms. The second night we got no sleep because the room next to us had many male visitors coming and going.

An sich passen Preisleistung, wir hatten nur sehr Pech mit den gästen nebenan. Die Wände sind gefühlt aus Papier, die Gruppe hat bis in die frühen Morgenstunden laut Party gemacht. Als ich den Inhaber mitten in der Nacht deshalb kontaktiert habe, kam keine Reaktion. Im Anschluss gab es auch keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges.

イタリアはパスポートを送らなくては泊まらせてもらえない。前日にパスポートを送るように言われ、送っていたのに、当日に着いたら「パスポート写真がないのでホテルには入れない」と言われた。ようやく中に入れると思ったらパスワードが多すぎる。エレベーターは動かない。セキュリティーボックスに鍵が入っていてそれで開けるように言われたが鍵を開けるのが難しかった。結局入るのに1時間以上かかった。スタッフに電話しても来てくれず、「右に回せ」とだけ言われた。部屋はきちんと掃除されておりきれいだったが、ドライヤーに髪の毛がたくさん絡まっていた。立地はすごく良いがおすすめしない。

Quarto limpo, confortável e bem decorado . Chuveiro não funciona direito, tem que tomar banho de conta gotas. Chuveiro pessimo😡 No anúncio tinha estacionamento e translado para aeroporto. Estacionamento e na rua e muito difícil e o translado tem uma cobrança de 65 euros😡 Cuidado com a pegadinha no anuncio sobre estacionamento e translado para aeroporto.

Can't say that it's wonderful

It's not really a hotel, it's like Airbnb. Pros - Cleanliness is quite good with daily housekeeping. Check in and out was quite easy although no reception. Room was spacious because I booked a big space. Cons - Did not sleep well because of my room was near the street. Got disturbed a few times in the night daily due to the noise of rubbish truck in the middle of the night, or vehicles or people shouting occasionally. The soundproofing was not very good and could hear people in next rooms closing doors or making noise in the room. If you are a tourist who can't speak their language and might need some assistance, better to go with a hotel where you can get some help from hotel reception/concierge.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, bien ubicado y cerca de Termini, Fácil acceso para el check in, muy bien explicado y sencillo . El lugar esta muy lindo y con muchos detalles hermosos que hacen tu estancia muy acogedora , todo muy bien cuidado, impecable , todo nuevo, tiene elevador , huele rico el lugar , la chica de limpieza muy amable . Superó mis expectativas sin dudarlo regreso una y mil veces . Hay un detalle pero que no pertenece a K rooms, la calle donde se encuentra esta muy oscura y si no te has familiarizado con la zona, te puede dar temor caminar por ahí , sin embargo ya conociendo el movimiento , no hay de qué preocuparse.

Nice room but poor response to texts or calls.

Room was clean, comfortable and location near train station handy. Used codes to self check in. They send email with info on codes to input. Negative was they never responded to my email or phone calls prior to check in. If you are someone who likes a person to be there when checking in, I would stay somewhere else.

convenient location to train and metro for touring

An old apartment building converting to a few short-term rental spaces--so not a typical "hotel"--which is GOOD if you open your eyes for a glimpse of old Roman housing. Beautiful marble stairs with small elevator, restored old glass windows and metalwork as you enter and in public spaces. The rooms are beautifully redone and you feel like you stepped into a different time zone--which I like. Quiet, secure, clean, modern, great wifi, 21st Century bathroom and bed. Loved it. Towels and bedding are great. A few days a week you may walk outside and walk a few blocks a realize there's a local market of food, clothing, old books and locals meeting, gathering, shopping--dive in and look around. I bought grapes, cheese, small bread and with a bottle of wine had a low-key lunch from the hectic pace of Rome. Step away from your tourist self for a comfortable moment into Roman life if you open your eyes.

Great stay at Rome

We liked this apartment very much. It’s very clean and modern. We didn’t have any problems with the noises as other reviewers mentioned. Very comfortable bed, wifi was also very good. Good location, about 10 min walk to a metro station that can take you anywhere. Also there’s a mini market in the corner if you need anything.

The room was excellent, very clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was brilliant. Only a 15 minute walk to the collosseum. Could not fault the place. Check in was so easy as they emailed the instructions the week before.

The hot water was not working for part of our stay, the staff tried to fix it themselves with no avail. We had to take cold showers after a long day - no bueno.
