this is a terrific hotel: comfortable, ample room, newly renovated bathroom with nice amenities, good linens, teakettle andvteas/instany coffee in the room, espresso machine in the lobby. walking distance to the train/bus station, Trevi fountain and loads of other places.
the only concerns are these: i didn't have good information about how to get into the hotel. it's on the fourth floor, in a building with at least two other hotels on other floors, which wasn't evident, and the wee elevator is helpful but smaller than my dining room table. there is at least one other hotel with a similar name, but a different address, and i got confused and spent a lot of time trying to get to the hotel. although they say they're always available by WhatsApp, response time is very slow and when you're standing outside the door, not knowing that the lightswitch-looking thing is a door buzzer, this can be problematic. reception hours are scanty and i didn't find them posted anywhere. all of this is a problem for communication and access.
that said, i would stay there again, armed with this knowledge.
