This hotel has a good location and is pretty clean but that is about it. The people who run it are quite responsive on WhatsApp once you check in but the check in was slow and unorganized. The person who checked me in was watching porn before I arrived and laid his phone flat so I could see the images. I was glad my children were not with me. The breakfast is terrible, worst croissant I have had in Italy. The shower head is loose. It is fine if you just want a place you can crash that is close to the train station.

This place has everything you need including AC. It's a block from the train station. I stayed there alone as a woman and I felt safe. However, the elevator is a bit tricky so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. I loved it and would stay here again.

Fungerer fint.

The room was very small for five people, although it was clean. We only had five towels for our entire five-day stay, and it was difficult to get fresh ones, which wasn't ideal. There was also very little space for our luggage, so we had nowhere to put our shopping bags. Depending on your plans, keep in mind that this location is quite far from Saint Peter's Basilica. We had to take Ubers to get there, and the transportation costs added up over the course of our trip.

A good choice for a single traveller. Host Marco was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious as was bathroom (seriously, could get three people in the shower it was so big). Breakfast was courtesy of a bar just down the road and comprised coffee and a pastry. Close to Termini so easy for transportation or just walking around though area is typical of a big station and a bit rough looking but worked for my purposes as only 10mins away from Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Would stay again.

Nice comfortable room not far away from the stations. In the area there are several restaurants for dinner. Keep in mind that the included breakfast is just a pastry and a coffee to eat standing in a nearby bar. Read the fine print: if you arrive after 6.30 pm you will be charged 30€ for a late check-in. The manager was kind enough to waive them as my train was late and it was not my fault, but you need to know as the information is not immediately accessible on Hotels.com.
