Wonderful apartment for our family of 4 in a great location. Plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes within 100m from the door, easy walk to a huge number of sites and attractions. Got a bit noisy outside on Sat night, but we always travel with earplugs anyway :) Would definitely stay again!

The property is cozy but clean and walkable to all the main attractions in Rome, as well as shopping and eating places. The staff is very friendly as well. The area is a little noisy and the property is quite old. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

First off, the rooms are small and don’t look like the photos at all, at least not our rooms. That being said, if you’re like us and use your room to keep your things, sleep and shower then I would highly recommend this place. Beatrice was very nice and communicative. Our place was next to an amazing plaza with tons of amazing food places to eat and a morning farmer’s market. The chocolate/ Croissant place just outside our place was amazing. Location wise , this place was perfect. In walking distance to the Pantheon, The Vatican, and the Piazza Navona and not far from everything else. We were able to walk everywhere. This is the best part of this place. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re looking to get the best experience while in Rome. FYI- be prepared to pay €5 per person per night for the city tax. This is over and above the room rate usually paid in cash.

Great location! Staff was easy to deal with. We arranged a late check in and clear instructions were left for us to get in. Room is small however I think this is normal for the location. This is not a 5 start but We had no issues with plumbing or hot water as seen in previous google reviews. Bed was a little too firm and we should have brought earplugs. Would recommend to stay here as location is excellent and overall was a good experience, fair price.

We loved our stay at Bollo Apartments. The size of the room was great, We had two young children and having the upstairs and downstairs was very convenient. We didn’t really see many staff- as the hotel is most unstaffed at reception, but we were lucky and were able to drop our luggage off before check-in. There is a very convenient and helpful bag storage shop just around the corner, If you need arrive before you check in, or plan leave Rome after your checkout and don’t know what to do with your bags. The only downside for us was that the children need to be really closely monitored to use the bathroom, It is up the stairs and the staircase is quite unsafe or small feet.

False advertising, way smaller. Dirty sheets. Had us on 3rd floor. Stairs were brutal. Did have elevator that helped but tiny. It did the job, we explored all day anyway and very convenient location.
