For being close to Rome train terminal, building needs a bit of TLC. Room in other hand was clean and updated, the only thing was the bathroom had a moldy smell, a bit of bleaching agents in drains may solve. We stayed for one night and breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Good overall, but wouldn't do more than a night or 2.

Fantastic staff, especially front desk. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Antonio, Shaquille, Leonardo all great. Walking distance to train station and nearby coffee/pastry shops as well as shopping and historic sites. If You're looking for bells and whistles, this is not the place for you. If you'll be spending most of your time truly exploring the city and only need a place to shower and sleep, you'll find it here.

The pictures and description on Expedia are far from accurate. Hotel name is not accurate, air conditioning was non-existant. Breakfast was cereal, croussiant and juice that wasn’t actually juice. The one staff member was extremely helpful but the rest were rude. The pillows were flat as a board and you only got two. Hotel also appeared to be under renovation/new ownership.

Room extremely clean on arrival and was cleaned every day. Room was a little basic but to be expected for the price. Could have done with an extra pillow. Shower excellent, staff very friendly & always helpful. Great location with so many restaurants and the Colleseum within walking distance. Metro station close by and only 6 stops to the Vatican.

Apart sahibi harika.

Very basic to what we expect. Cleaness was ok but constantly smells bad sewer smel the whole room from the bathroom. In a no so hot day open the window can get away with it. But notin hot summer.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rome’s main train station, which makes it easy to access. That said, the property itself is not particularly appealing. The bathroom was especially disappointing: it was extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I only stayed for one night and left early, so I cannot comment on the breakfast. Overall, this is an acceptable place for a short overnight stay, but I would be cautious about booking it for a longer visit.
