This hotel was perfect for our family. The room was spacious and very clean! I highly recommend this hotel. Small but quaint. You can easily walk to many sites. Our family felt safe and we will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful place to stay at. It’s very beautiful and is super clean with great staff. The place is complete renovated and the ac is amazing. The area is right next to the metro and bus stations for some and light shopping. Great place to stay in Rome

We loved our stay at Adelaide Suite Dreams! Excellent boutique style hotel suites with top notch amenities and service!! Close to Piazza de Popolo, Borghese Gardens, Shopping, Restaurants & the metro, so the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the city center. Also an easy walk to the Spanish steps & Trevi Fountain.

Everything was excellent. The location is best in class. The hotel is small but with all amenities. Quiet and great service. If we ever come back to Rome, this is the place to stay. We walked everywhere from this location and plenty of food areas and shopping within minutes.

Recently remodeled building with clean updated rooms, reception area, and full-size bathroom & shower. Location is great next to Popolo Square and walkable to Vatican, Borghese Gardens, Spanish Steps, & Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. Antique entrance and elevator give way to 21st Century facility.

Really nice and new rooms. It was clean and very nice. The staff was super helpful. They came down and helped us find parking and helped us with our bags. Above and beyond what a normal hotel would do. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was like the picture and the location was excellent. It’s right in the heart of the areas you want to walk to in Rome. The men at the desk were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, I would’ve liked to have had complimentary water bottles, in the room. The man at the desk even gave us bags to go, do our laundry and fold it and put them in the bags which I thought was very nice. You can go anywhere you want outside this little third story apartment room to eat breakfast or dinner as it is close to everything. It does have an old-fashioned lift to get to the third floor, which you could not fit a wheelchair in and for elderly people I don’t think the stairs going all the way up to the third floor would be easy for them to climb. We are young so it wasn’t hard for us to jump into the small old-fashioned lift or climb all the stairs to the third floor. It’s reasonably priced about $200 less a night than the Marriott so if you’re looking for a reasonable clean hotel room very close to the center of room and all the restaurants this is the one for you. Excellent location great service.

The property and rooms were great, once we found the reception on the third floor. Staff kept the beds made (but we had to ask multiple times for coffee and creamer since those didn't seem to be refilled). The location was so good - close to Vatican City, right next to Piazza de Poppolo, around the corner from the Flaminio station with a McDonalds and Carrefour Express nearby. And you can get to the airport by taxi without going through Rome.

Farhad the manager was most helpful and accommodating. If you are simply looking for a comfortable clean room at a good price this will fit the bill. The shower is narrow and would be a challenge for a larger person. This is not a traditional hotel and does not have 24 service, the manager is a one man show and leaves at 8:00 pm daily. Housekeeping is excellent.

It is very clean. Location is good and it is close to everything. But it is small and it really like ABNB, every floor is a “Hotel “. It is hard to find. We passed by a few times and eventually we realized it is not a real hotel. We paid more than $420 per night, not including breakfast. they have very small breakfast area, charge 15 euro per person. Too expensive. Much cheaper around area.

FEELS LIKE HOME!

Location! Location! Location! This is a new hotel, but it is well worth it. The owners have gone above and beyond to make it a place to call home while visiting Rome. You truly feel like a part of the family, not just someone passing through. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with marble floors. It is within walking distance of EVERYTHING. In 5 minutes, you are at the Piazza del Popolo, which connects three significant shopping streets and some of the best restaurants. This will be my go-to place when visiting Rome.
