「What a gem of a hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly, they remember every guest and really made our stay special. Rosa, Gavin and Eloise really went above and beyond and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was also lovely, the menu changes every couple of days but we did not have a single bad meal. The goat curry was really good! We loved that it was all inclusive but we were served every meal and it was al carte.
Right near the beach and you get...

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.」
