「Great location to explore downtown! Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept property and clean. Great rooftop bar for when you are tried from walking around downtown and would like a night cap. Would 100% book again!」

「This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!」

「The Oliver Hotel is a charming step back in time with modern conveniences. We loved the personal and friendly nature of the staff. The choices for local food was great, especially the Creperie. The small shops close by made for a fun shopping experience. Driving back and forth to UT was a breeze. The only negative was that the Market park was unwalkable in the evening due to homeless individuals. 」

「I specifically was looking for a hotel without carpet because hotel carpet is disgusting. Very nice update room. Very clean bathroom and loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Very luxurious.」

「Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. 」

「Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day. The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him. The barista in the am was engaging as well:) Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:) 」

「Very quick check in and the gentleman at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Only negative was a cleaning rag had been left in the bathroom sink... But I would definitely stay here again」
