「Everything was great, except for the housekeeping who didnt want to give me extra towels and wash clothes. There was 4 of us in a room we use that set and needed extra. If I pay my money I should be able to get extra towels with no problem.」

「This property just opened. It is amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are cozy. The entire property was clean. The breakfast was fantastic as they had healthy choices. We enjoyed the hotel so much we extended our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. The beach access is within mins. The location is fantastic! It is within mins from Publix and other restaurants. It definitely did not disappoint!」

「Balcony view of the ocean was beautiful- very close to the ocean. The room needed some maintenance but was clean. Location was great - access to any and everything - walking. Beds were not comfortable but not awful either.」

「Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

「Liked the room but if someone is staying above you you can hear everything they do. Someone was above us and stomped around all night.I’m sure that wasn’t normal for someone to walk around all night back and forth and walking really loud.The last night we were there was quite,so the people above us must have left.For the price you couldn’t beat it. Still recommend it.」

「The room smelt of strong mildew, and the front door had clothes from the previous occupant strewn across it. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to clean it, but they did not. There is water constantly leaking above your head from the AC units, so everywhere just feels icky. However, they did have this nice patio facing the ocean, which was a great view. Parking was okay. Be very sure before you go there because you may not like what you get considering how much you paid.」

「Checked in and walked into room. Room looks nothing like pictures online. The place stunk and was nasty. Burn holes on blanket, not sure sheets had ever been changed. Was in room less than 2 minutes before deciding to leave. Went back to front desk and told attendant that we couldn’t stay in this nasty place. She informed me there would not be a return. I told her rooms looked nothing like online. She just shrugged her shoulders. I just chalked it up to lesson learned and hopefully through this...
