"The only good thing about this hotel is beachfront & access. Sheets had stains, sink clogged every time it was used. The toilet felt like it was going to come off the wall each time one would sit and stand. "

"The carpet smelled damp upon arrival. No housekeeping. Living room TV and telephone didn't work. I called for assistance. No one came during the entire 5 day trip. Parking is too far from room. I was not aware of a parking fee. Great view. Horrible service. No breakfast options"

"Staff wasn't very friendly was told by 2 people they would call when room was ready so could check in early and didnt! Location of the room wasn't the best ,beds were hard overall was decent I wouldn't want to stay there again unless super cheap snd quick stay"

"I really appreciated the service at the front desk. The rooms offered ocean views—though without private balconies—and direct access to the sea is always a plus; the location was also excellent, bar with happy hour. What I didn't like was that the water in the shower would pool up, there were no hooks for hanging clothes, and the TV was about the size of a laptop. The rooms could use an update."

"Check in was a horrible experience. You have to rent beach chairs even though you're staying on property. Does not come with the basic necessities. Elevators went out multiple times and the host response was that it wasn't their problem and to contact someone on-site. The door code stopped working and it took 2 hours to sort out and I was stuck outside in the pouring rain. However, place was spacious!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only things we didn't like were the absence of a kettle for boiling water and a toaster for making toast; also, there wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags to last the week, so we had to go out and buy more ourselves. Aside from that, however, we were generally satisfied. Thank you!"
