「Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction....

「From the time we entered, we felt at home. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room was clean; the breakfast was good. The only thing that was spotty was the internet. It could have been partially my fault. 」

「Loved the Suite to accommodate snacks and light meals, a separate desk to work at early when my daughter was still sleeping, and the split between sleep and awake area. Breakfast included hot eggs, hard boiled, sausage or bacon, and even a few options for gluten-dairy-free folks like us. Very clean, nice area, walkable to the LymeStop doctor.」
