"Easy check in, great parking, near everything you want or need. The pool area and hot tub are a great area to relax after being at the parks all day. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great! Definitely the new spot to stay when I'm in Orlando. "

The property is family-friendly, with activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. We also appreciated how close it was to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. "We loved our stay here! The buses to and from universal were so convenient so we just had to pay for an Uber to and from the airport. This hotel has a Starbucks, a cafe where you can order food and packaged items like cereal and drinks, and they have their own universal store where you can get many of the items and promotional items they have in the parks. (They even still have the Bunty interactive wands other stores ran out of). Everyone was kind and accommodating to us! Rooms were clean! "

"near to everything staff are all welcoming and accomodating for 6 days of staying only tried twice the breakfast buffet and it all the same everyday maybe it will be more excellent and appealing to it if they will change the menu every other day, but our experience is exceptional kudos"
