「Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. 「I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

「Was told there would be a refrigerator and microwave but when I got into the room there was neither the TV did not work. The hottub that I paid extra for did not work. I was in a non smoking room but the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. Did not like that the front desk person said my room number out loud in a lobby full of people.」

「Room was clean and served my needs. Staff was very polite and professional. There were numerous travel sports teams also staying at the hotel. They overran the common areas, held up the elevators trying to play and be funny and ran the halls on my floor until after midnight.」
