「Beautiful historic building made into an event ctr, restaurant & bed/breakfast. Don't expect the same as a motel. Rooms are authentic to the building. Keys for rooms, no microwave or coffee makers in rooms and separate air conditioners for each room. There is a small refrigerator in the room & coffee is freely available near the check-in area. The bathrooms are roomy & upgraded and the room has numerous USB ports for charging your phone & laptop. (Softer beds would make it perfect)The breakfast...

「Filthy fleabag hotel. Broken appliances, stained, burned, soiled furniture, bait traps under the bed, strangers looming outside, bugs coming from the sewage stinking bathroom trap. Filthy vandalized fridge...nasty nasty place. Had no choice, plus Expedia doubled the price the moment I used Key cash credit. They are bait and switch fraudsters」

「It's an awesome choice to stay here with the good price and good environment.」

「Future customers, please note that there are NO rollaway beds for 2 Queens Beds room due to fire department restrictions. The description is wrong.」

「I have never stayed anywhere so clean, never! The staff was friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful with information. The included breakfast went far beyond what hotels call "continental." We'll definitely be back!」

「A splendid, historical property with one of the nicest staff I've ever come across and fantastic food in the tavern. The short walk to UNH makes it all the more worthwhile.」

「Forth year coming the Portsmouth Hotel. Staff is great as well as the accommodations. Can’t wait to go back next year」

「We truly enjoyed our stay! Great location and lots to do in this area.」

「It’s was a nice place」

「Great place to stay. We have visited many times. The room was good, beds comfortable, staff excellent. Pool(s) and jacuzzi is great. My only complaint is the pool water is too cool but hot tub is hot as it should be. If the water was just a few degrees warmer in both the main and atrium buildings it would be an5 plus. All adults that were there said same thing and there were a lot older people.」

「Very good service. Will come again.」

「Great location in the heart of everything! Beautiful rooms as well」

「Loved the continental breakfast. Coffee was exceptionally good.」
