We also had lunch at Land's end restaurant and the food and customer service was lovely and accommodating. Great stay in the hotel over all. "

"We had a lovely water view room. Rooms are small and bathrooms smaller, but everything was clean and we made it work. Very affordable for London and the staff was great. I’d stay there again. Transportation was 2 min walking from. The gondola style transport over the river (beautiful and worth it) and within 10 min of 2 light rail stations. Come prepared with an already purchased Oyster card and it will be easy to put money on it for any type of transport without the headache of figuring out one off tickets. Lovely place and beautiful view of the water. Very unique floating hotel. "
