「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.」

「Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Only Stayed for a night before getting on a cruise. They provide a shuttle service to the port at a charge which was very helpful. Breakfast was mostly continental, but great. Rooms were nice and clean, lovely big windows. Nearby bus service to get you into town, but was running every 30 mins or so when I was there. Would use again.」

La stanza era moderna e molto pulita. Molto apprezzata la bottiglietta di vino locale e l'acqua nel frigorifero. Consigliatissimo」

「The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. The description says there's laundry facilities but the man on night duty said there isn't. He mentioned about a laundromat two blocks away and it was great. The...
