「Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. 」

「Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone 」

「The first room we got there was no bedsheets on the bed , stains all over the mattress, the tv was on and it looked like someone was already staying in it . The cover for the AC was in the tub and there was mold all over the walls and the sink area in room 212, the second room they moved us to in 313 had blood on the doors and in the restroom, the mold in the counter top was visible the mold under the cabinets were thick , it smelt so bad in there . There was cockroaches and bugs in the window...

「Upon entering room, the furnishing was sparse, chair in corner was visibly stained, arms had dark stains, no table, chairs to relax, shower flooded dressing area, bath door had visible glue spots where mirror was removed, i cup for coffee maker , i pod of coffee for 2 guest, 1 sugar creamer for 2 guest, towels were too worn out, thin , threadbare. Was told continental breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, but didnt start until 7 am, breakfast cosisted of cornflakes, oj, a few yogurts, and a waffle...
