Hotel was clean & staff was friendly but your elevators were broken. My stay was accommodated & staff secured a room on the first floor however the room was next to hotel exit & we heard the door open & close every time a person opened or shut the door I didn’t sleep well. Additionally the side exit door did not lock automatically so anyone could come inside without a key pass.

The room, carpet, and bathroom appear to be new or newly renovated. The complementary breakfast was terrific with multiple choices of omelettes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, fruit, and cereal. Only downside was some construction nearby and was a little noisy till 10PM

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. However, the noise throughout the night was ridiculous. We were on the first floor which was convenient. Because there is a gap at the bottom of the door, we could hear everything! Why not have the door seal all the way to help prevent hearing the normal hotel noise? We could hear the lobby tv all night. There is no reason to have it on at night. Or turn it down! The property is not convenient for dogs as there is virtually no grass area. The small area that had grass was covered in trash. I worried they would step on something and hurt themselves. Also, not the hotels fault but it’s right behind a cash store, a liquor store, and a bar. I didn’t feel safe walking my dogs at night as there seemed to be shady deals going on as random cars would pull up behind the buildings before leaving again a few minutes later. It was so strange! The staff here were so friendly and if it wasn’t for the poorly built door frame and us having no where safe to walk our dogs, we would stay again. Just wanted to pass this info on in case you are traveling with your dogs.

when we arrived police officers arrived as well about a burglary complaint on a parked vehicle.Staff and upgrades they made were great but there was a roach crawling out from behind our headrest and for that some didnt sleep well.

Loved the breakfast and the room. Staff was nice and friendly. Only thing i didn't like was not being able to ask anyone how to turn on the shower because the phone would just go to a busy signal, so i had to keep having to call back. I ended up calling the main number on my cell just to get though. That shower though is tricky. I felt like i had to discover the secret book latch on a shelf to open a secret room, lol. Some instructions saying to pull on the actual spout would be helpful. Thank you!!

On Saturday check in a woman clerk was about to leave from the recovery relief young man. She awaited Us and was very pleasant and professional. Introduce the young gentleman if we needed anything. This Holiday Inn was nice and very convenient to our needs. A large group of Dove hunters were rooming as well and the young gentleman was prompt to our needs. The hot tub wasn't working which was a huge bummer yet we managed with the pool. Our room was at satisfactory too! I will be coming back to this location in the future!
