「I have used this hotel for multiple business stays. I have noticed some items that have prompted me to decrease of my overall rating from giving a 5 star. The parking was nearly impossible. Almost all of the vehicles were utility vehicles that weren’t even working on the hotel! They were working elsewhere! Some of the staff were incredibly rude about the choices that were being made at the breakfast bar. They would make comments to each other about what items the guests picked, which isn’t...

「Had to be given the hotel master key to open my hotel room, was then unable to leave anything in hotel room because other guests had to use master key for there room as well, hotel was under construction missing flooring, room smelt like mold, I ended up leaving nothing in the hotel room and rarely using it to sleep, I believe I deserve a refund for lack of amenities」
