"Staff was friendly and helpful. The activity center pool area was very nice and clean. The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious, had everything we needed for meals. It was dated, could use some updates, but it was clean, comfortable and the area was beautiful. The other guests were friendly and it was quiet and peaceful. There was an issue with the dishwasher and the staff and maintenance had it taken care of immediately! Would definitely stay again. "

"The condo was beautiful, loved the 2nd floor balconies and the small area off the balcony inside. Such a nice relaxing area to read in the moring with the sun shining in. Was amazing!!! The pool area was wonderful. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Already looking at dates to book again!"

"Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful. My room was spacious and comfortable."

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever come back to the area I would stay again. "

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to sleep. There was no way to control the temperature. We opened the window for the second night and it made it less secure but more tolerable."
