「The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. 「No issues, place was clean. The air conditioner was a bit loud at times as other reviews have stated. I didn't mind, but my 4 year old hated it. She woke up in the middle of the night from the noise and made it very clear she didn't want to stay there for another night. 」

「We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. 」

「Staff was great. Expedia overbooked the type of room that I selected (double queen), but staff called me in advance and offered me 2 king singles across the hall from each other, which worked out great.」

「Loved the place! Staff is so nice. The property is new so everything was modern and clean. Full- sized fridge and microwave were handy. My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. 」
