「The hotel is very well located, close to attractions and transportation. Nice, friendly staff. Thoughtful amenities. The room was comfortable though wish it could be a bit bigger. 」

「位于繁华商业区，出门购物餐饮都十分方便。早餐的餐厅环境很不错。员工非常热情。」

「Great location and excellent service. Great all-around experience.」

「Our room was clean and comfortable, (beds, linens and towels) but the rug on the floor had a couple of stains. The window curtains need to be replaced. The inside (the side that faces the window) was old so when you brushed up against the curtain you ended up with white powder dust all over your clothes. Of course, you only touched the inside of the curtain when you came in from the outside patio. The colors in the room were nice and bright but didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the...

「Perfect locations ! 」

「歐陸式早餐比起其他酒店較為豐富, 起碼有生果吃 枱前員工都有禮及專業」

「Terrible service, noisy surroundings.** There were car horns and constant mechanical noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. Starting at 9 AM, there was loud, sharp construction noise in the building, and the cleaning staff kept slamming doors, creating even more disturbance. The accommodation conditions were very poor and we couldn’t get any rest. This was by far our worst stay ever. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...

「櫃檯親切服務態度很好，早餐太簡單了，如果早餐豐富 跟選擇多一點會更好」

「The staff was super friendly, the room was always clean!」

「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」

「none」

「Good location n good space for the room」

「The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :) For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.」
