"Traffic noise was a problem even on 9th floor. Room was well appointed but would be small for 2 people- but this is not uncommon in New York. Elevators were extremely slow. Terrace bar was good."

"I stay here a lot because of proximity to Penn Station and generally good prices. On this stay the prices jumped up 3x mid stay. The property itself, while having a classic grand and very buzzy/crowded lobby, has a rundown feel in the room area. The hall carpets are worn and taped, the rooms cramped and old-feeling. No room fridge or coffee maker, tiny closet and substandard plumbing that's noisy at night and with very erratic water temperature. In a neighborhood that's both mobbed with tourists and full of aggressive homeless."

"An excellent stay. 1 King bed had a very large room. You’re in Korea Town, 50 feet from Broadway. You can walk to the theater district. There was an entrance to the subway 20 feet away. Property was a little shop warn. Breakfast was bare bones, but here were 2 very good bakeries within 50 ft feet of the hotel. "

"Staff were friendly enough but my room wasn’t the cleanest. Attention to detail was missed with marks and sellotape all over the door and a discoloured toilet seat and weak shower. The bed was clean, however, I did have to request the sheets to be changed by the 4th night. "
