"Holiday stay at family select level with swim out and then moved to beachfront swim out. Enjoyed both rooms. The rooms were spacious and provided many amenities l’occitane toiletries, clothing steamer, hair dryer. There were ample areas for seating at the beach and pool area. Kiyoshi and Luis were out butlers and were very accommodating- we very much enjoyed them and found this service helpful. There were many covered walkways and signs to help with directions to each area. Reservations were accommodated with butler assistance but still hard to come by and we were not able to access the restaurants we wanted for our stay. The buffets are all the same food and overall found the food to be mediocre along with drink quality even with premium beverage level. With older kids there were not activities during the day but younger kids are very catered to. We did enjoy the wildlife around the resort daily and the pizza stop which has amazing pizza. All pizza is not created equally room service pizza and the other private areas had a pizza that was not great. It’s unfortunate that the pizza offered at white sands is not extended through all areas. Overall the resorts is beautiful with amenities and for families with smaller children is great."

"We were actually pretty disappointed overall with our stay here... At first, we thought the resort was very nice. But in the first 5 minutes upon entering our room, we discovered 3 different things that were broken, and then more things over the course of our 4-day stay. We also heard this from many other guests as well that they were having the same issues. We also found that the room wasn't very clean... our comforter was dirty and there was someone else's hair blowing around the bathroom floor. Outside of our room, the resort is EXTREMELY confusing, and the map and spiel that they give you when you check-in isn't helpful at all. We got lost at least 10 different times and had to ask for help any time we tried to get ANYWHERE, and everything is a walk or far apart. There's also not much for nightlife here, there's only like 2 places we found to grab food or drinks at night, and the food overall was extremely disappointing and unimpressive. We even spent $350 USD one night on dinner, and they served us two tiny little plates of food and we were still hungry when we left. I will say that the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, but we would not stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay. The staff, food, hotel amenities, restaurants, and entertainment were all excellent. However, as a beach lover, I was disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the beach due to algae and the ongoing cleanup by the staff. I learned that this issue typically occurs in that area from January to September."

"We were very surprised and disappointed in the dinning and food options. We had never been to an all-inclusive that you didn't actually have access to the restaurants. They were all booked out during our stay. I was not able to find the information anywhere online that indicated that you had to book ahead of time or that we also only got one other meal during our stay. The buffet was not impressive at all and we found it difficult to find meals that we enjoyed, "

"Hi, I enjoyed my stay. The resort and grounds are nice. The buffet food is meh but was able to find enough. The al a carte restaurants were better but tough to get reservations. They were all full even though they are only actually ~30% full when we got there. The beach is rocky unless you go down to Tulum resort. I am suffering from a lot of bites on my legs I assume were sand fleas from the beach. The entertainment was good on a couple nights, not so much on others. Nightlife is done a 11:30. No place to congregate or get drinks after that. Pay for the upgrade to use the other resorts as well or may get bored. Couple better restaurants at the other resorts. It was generally a good vacation but could use some improvements."

"Staff was wonderful! The rooms needed updated. The beach was nice but alot of seaweed. Breakfast was nice and enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Not a lot to do for teenagers especially in the evenings. "

"Me encantó el hotel. Todo fue excelente, la habitación, las amenidades de la habitación, las albercas, los bares, los snack bars y el buffete todo excelente. El concierge todos súper amables, te explicaban todo súper claro y te ayudaban con todas tus dudas. No recuerdo el nombre de las chicas pero estuvimos en el edificio 24 y en verdad que su atención fue excelente. El Front Desk igual todos super amables. El Bell boy de nuestra llegada es de Veracruz e igual súper síper amable. Los meseros The Park en especial Jaime otra onda y del restaurante Carnal el mesero Adolfo igual super amable y del Tonino el mesero Basilio fuera de serie nos atendió 11/10. No tengo ni una sola queja del hotel solo que no pudimos estar más días porque en verdad lo vale. Estaremos pronto de vuelta."
