「The breakfast buffet could have been better if there were additional hit items. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been grated.」

「The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.」

「Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.」

「It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money.」

「My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room I was given was uninhabitable. There was a strong musty and smoky odor and the door latch was broken. The toilet was completely backed up and unusable, and there were multiple bugs in the room.. including a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bed as I was leaving. These are not minor issues; they made the room unsafe, unsanitary, and impossible to stay in. When I questioned why I was being charged at...

「We walked in to our room to blood all over the floor, stains on the wall, and glitter all over the couch. We immediately checked out and were told we would receive a refund. When I called the next day they lied and said there were notes that another room was offered. Expedia had to call and negotiate the refund. The parking lot is also full of crackheads. Do not stay here.」

「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」
