「Nice and roomy clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff.」

「The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !」

「The property was being remodeled and our room wasn’t like the suite we had before in other Comfort locations. It certainly wasn’t worth the money.」

「Sound travels very well. Was able to hear people in hallway and elevator all night. It is also impossible to use the toilet in the room without waking anyone else in the room up. As there is no bathroom door.」

「Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.」

「Room wasn't ready at check in. Room was dirty. Property is not owned by Holiday Inn. Hard to believe this is how they want the Holiday Inn brand represented.」

「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」

「It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay.」

「The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.」

「I would have like an easy chair in our room」

「Eh first room i booked didnt have a door on the restroom so had to change it out. Afterwards the microwave didnt work at first so had to ask for another thay took awhile to receive. One of the beds didnt come with pillows. Lastly the room was never cleaned the whole week I was there.」
