"The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking."

"The stay was great. No issues. I will suggest that the bottles in the shower should be face forward to know if it's shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Next the coffee and tea stirrers are unsanitary because they are not wrapped. The person taking them out the box to stock them has to put their hands on them and this is not sanitary. Also dust collects on the stirrers while sitting there waiting to be used. Providing wrapped stirrers would be more sanitary. COVID is on the rise and when one person grabs a stirrer, they often touch another stirrer. Last, the furniture in the rooms should not be cloth due to absorption of odors, and body lice, bed bugs etc. Having leather or vinyl is better for wiping off and inability for anything to hide."
