A snag happened with 1st room but the kind, sweet young lady put us in a different room immediately and apologized several times. 「The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and professional. I loved the “fireplace” and cozy sitting area. I am an avid reader and I especially liked sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace and reading a good book. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. 」
