「The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. 「Under new ownership, they are making improvements daily to bring the property back to its glory days. For me it was good, I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Very budget friendly and that is what you can expect」

「Several things were not up to par. Toilet would not put any water in the bowl while filling, after a flush. We had a light that had a non working switch. our choice was to unplug it or unscrew the bulb. Front door was difficult to open. A king size bed with just two small pillows. convenient location for shopping. Yes I would use this location again. Nice people」
