「The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. 「The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !」

「Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. I needed to go to the front desk for a box of...

「The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....
