"It’s a quiet little property high up the hill in Riomaggiore with beautiful views and a bit away from the immediate hustle bustle around the station . The staff mainly Gaia is fantastic and responsive . Ideal location to explore cinque Terre as the Train station is just 5 mins walk and Trenitalia app helps prevent waiting in the queues etc . If you have luggage make sure you take the lift and walk the relative flatter path . I did the uphill and that was good cardio to burn a focaccia or 2"

"​I had a terrible night at this hotel and am very disappointed. It is located at the top of a steep hill, and carrying luggage to the room felt like a "life battle." No one informed me at the time of booking that I would have to walk an hour uphill with my bags. ​When I finally arrived, the was no lobby for this "hotel", construction materials were stacked by their main entrance, the hall was pitch black. The room was small and freezing cold at night because the AC did not work properly. The only positive was the breakfast. ​P.S. Their website ads are incredibly deceiving; do not trust them. It is no surprise this place has a 2.8 rating on Google."
