"This is for Americans: First, plan on paying $40 a day for public parking, as there is no parking at the apartment. Second, plan on hauling all of your luggage up 98 stairs (yes I counted). It is not fun if you have a lot of luggage and/or it is heavy. Third, the trains run right behind the apartment and you can feel it shake the house every 20 minutes. "The location could not be better. Very close to the train, restaurants and sea. I would recommend parking in Spezia and taking train in. The apartment is only a block away from the station. Parking in town is expensive. Would recommend the sunset cruise with Antonio Bellante of Crazy Boat Cinque Terre"
