「We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean although we did have ants in our room. The staff at the hotel was attentive to this issue and helped resolve it immediately. The rooms are very thoroughly cleaned. The pool area is nice. Close walk to all there is to offer in town!」
