"Did not feel safe. Sketchy neighborhood. Room heat was not working properly. Front desk lent us a space heater to make it thru the night. Never again!"

"This is a solid 3. I checked in and got a dirty room. Management was quick to fix it but shouldn’t have happened. The room I ended up with was clean but there small things like air vent filters (under the sink in the bathroom) that needed severe cleaning. The business station was down. The WiFi was too weak to make a WiFi phone call. The breakfast was cornflakes, bagels, yogurt, apple/oranges, and coffee/juice. The hot food was pancakes. It was nice to see a security car driving around. I usually stay here because it’s close to the people I’m visiting and about $50 cheaper than the nicer ones. This is bare bones, no frills, staff are nice but don’t have any other expectations than a comfy place to sleep"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location felt safe. Our room was very “noisy” water pipes were really loud and around 10:30 pm the toilet started making bubble noises for about 5 minutes. "

"Gorgeous room, comfy beds Super cute patio on our room next to pool. Pool area very gorgeous just not good for a winter 40degree trip, but still very inviting. Breakfast was beyond delicious with waffle, potatoes, hatch chili, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cottage cheese, and various juices. So yummy. Plenty of space available le to enjoy."

"Coming from out of state to sleep here for part of a night. The sink leaked, the shower sucked and they also gave me a room that was difficult to find. Put me on the top floor when I had my dog with me. Kid working front desk was nice offered to move me rooms but then was going to move me to the bottom floor which would have had me dragging all of my belongings down 2 floors in the middle of the night. Offered to refund me my room and told me to contact hotels.com for that to happen since I got it through them. I have not received that and on top of it I forgot my deposit that I paid cash for and now have to call back Monday to talk to the manager. They do not have trash cans to throw stuff away outside. Nowhere for your dogs to use the bathroom. Bedroom was nice and had a big desk."
