"Great time at the property but had one small thing. I came down to wait for my Lyft ride, about 9:30am. Walking from the front desk to the entrance I went to sit at the tables to the left, along the windows. They were all dirty. Each one had some kind of food product smeared on it. Not a lot but enough to notice from a distance. I came to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm and the tables were still dirty. At approximately 6:00pm I went downstairs for another Lyft ride. "We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"Typical Hampton Inn - everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained! Staff were helpful!"

"The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great! The waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast was rude, but other then that, amazing! "

"Staff upon check in was great; staff interaction on another day (front desk) was not pleasant. No signage noted for breakfast nor price change variance from Friday to Saturday. "

"The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased."
