「We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight. 」

「The room was nice and the staff were friendly. We were awaken a little after 6am by the kids next door to us. They were making so much noise we could not go back to sleep. They continued all morning until about 10am.」
