Staff was very nice, the bed was springy and not to comfortable. Sheets kept coming off the bed. Hot didnt work the whole time we were there and are roo. Wasnt avaliable at appropriate time. We were not allowed to check in until after 6:00pm.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Top bed cover was not freshly cleaned. Upstairs occupants were very noisy after midnight Will not stay here again.

We ended up cutting our stay short because the beds were extremely uncomfortable and plainly just wore out. After our 1st night we asked the front desk if there were any rooms with better mattresses and were given a key to check the beds in another room that had, what we were told, was the "best" they had available. Unfortunately these beds were not in any better condition than what we were already in. After considering just how uncomfortable we were the night before and the poor condition of many other things we saw around the hotel (burnt out lights, cloudy pool & hot tub, hallway that smelled like a brewery and the noisy guests you could hear through the walls at 3am), we decided to cut our losses and paid to move to another hotel. We have stayed at this Quality Inn location a few times over the past several years and are completely disappointed at how much the quality of this facility has fallen. Considering this, I doubt we wil ever be back. Staff members we spoke with said we are not the only customers that have mentioned have far the quality has fallen and encouraged us to make it known just how we felt. btw... attached is a photo of the notice posted on the pool door. Probably a typo, but seeing an "incontinence" note like this doesn't make a guest feel comfortable...

I stayed at this hotel while attending a volleyball tournament with my niece because it was conveniently located about five minutes from both tournament venues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated. Before leaving for the tournament, we briefly went upstairs and noticed the room appeared to need maintenance. Housekeeping was working a few rooms down, so we assumed the room would be taken care of before our return. After a long day of traveling and volleyball, we returned to the hotel around 7 PM excited to finally relax, only to discover that the room had still not been cleaned. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do other than wait for housekeeping to clean it or receive a refund, as the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. Unfortunately, waiting was our only option. I’m not sure how a room could be completely overlooked like that. The situation became even more confusing when I checked out Sunday morning and was told by the front desk that the room was not supposed to be rented out because it was “evidence.” Hearing that after everything that happened was honestly shocking. Overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly managed. The location was convenient,

Rooms weren't clean. I had to wipe the counters and tables myself. You could still see crumbs from prior. Bed was full of crumbs. I felt so disgusted. We just left the room and didn't stay the night. I didnt trust it.
