"Amazingly friendly staff. Clean room/property. Would stay again! They let me store my luggage before check in and the day I checked out. Immaculately clean room. If you're missing anything they should have it (toothbrush, comb, facewash etc). Laundry available and a good restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to the train station."

"The air conditioner was easy to use and got the room warmed up quickly, the kitchen has everything you need: apartment sized refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, bottle opener, cutlery, cutting board and kitchen knives! The table is full size to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards together. The beds were medium firmness and we slept comfortably, our favorite part was the bunk beds! What a great configuration! I wish more hotels did this! The toilet is new and very nice and clean; the wet room was a nice size for the room and our kids appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. This hotel is now on our favorites list and we can’t wait to come back!"

"We’re a family of 4 (2A 2C teens), stayed in Symphony room, for proximity to Disneyland resorts. Regular shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea, but it is also walkable from hotel takes approx 15 minutes. Room was cosy and comfortable, very quiet and clean. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our particular room, not all rooms will be able to do so. Easy to control and set desired room temperature. Daily tidying of rooms, and they kindly provided us with x4 new bottled 500ml water drinks daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, spoke good English and was able to advise us about logistics of getting to our next destination. A Disney store is at the hotel for purchasing Disneyland souvenirs. Other than that, there is no other Disney fanfare, which was fine for us with older children. There’s a small Asian bakery and mini-mart inside the hotel for light snacks and drinks. Didn’t get to dine at their in-house restaurant as there were no vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very convenient to the Disneyland Resort. Highly recommend. "

"Very spacious for a hotel in Japan. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Very convenient location close walking distance to disney monorail station. The hotel also offers free shuttles to the parks and train station/Ikspiari shopping area. Our room was a park view so on a non disney day, you are able to see the fireworks show. Lobby has 2 Laswons and a disney store and other small specialty stores. Will stay here again!"
