2/10 Terrible

"Staff was nice. From there though, it was downhill.....and quickly. Property is only open to operate an airport parking spot. They don't answer the phone. I was traveling with my cousin. Although I ordered a double bed room, they gave us a king bed initially. We had to return to the counter (this is at 2am) and get another room. As I opened the door to the new room, I saw towels and stuff thrown everywhere and a used black gloves laying on the floor near the door. It was like it had been a crime scene. We go back downstairs and all they could offer us was the same king room. We took and I slept on the couch. During that time we were at the counter, two other sets of guests were complaining about their rooms....and a very drunk man followed us on the elevator that had a floor filled with sticky liquid. Ownership does not care about this building at all. They clearly have other plans than prioritizing hospitality."

"it was okay for a short stay. However they do need to update the carpet , runners and even update there fixtures. there were cracks in the sink and water leak to the floor. Also could use some paint in the floors elevator needs to be updated. The front desk lady was very nice "Leah""

"I urge you to not book with this property. The pictures are not a true reflection of what you will see. I felt unsafe. There clearly were people living in this hotel, heavy drug use and more. The property itself should be closed as I'm sure it would not pass a real housing inspection. Please do not stay here especially, alone "

"The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice."

"First off we had to give them $100 deposit we were supposed to get it back, but they never gave it back to us. They charges for other things for what reason we have no idea why nobody won’t talk to us so we’ll never get our money back. I would never trust going there ever again and they lied about the price of the friggin parking they told my husband and I it was 37 dollars when they charged us $47 just to park there for 12 hours because we were doing the Eagles autism challenge never ever again."
